Frequently Asked Questions

Do your products come with certificates of analysis?

Yes. All Cellora Labs research compounds include Certificates of Analysis (COAs) from independent third-party analytical laboratories verifying purity and identity.

Additionally, we conduct frequent random batch testing for USP endotoxin levels to ensure each product meets rigorous sterility and safety standards for research use. Starting in the coming weeks we will be implementing QR codes assigned to each product and specific batch number so you, the customer, can get easy access to COAs anytime.

Inventory and third-party COAs are shared between Cellora Labs and our affiliate, Orbitrex.

What should I expect with my order?

Most products come lyophilized in a sterile 3ml vial prepared for reconstitution. Each product has an associated certificate of analysis highlighting purity and concentration so you can rest assured you are receiving what you paid for.

Can I use or inject these products?

No. Our research compounds are strictly not for human or veterinary use and must never be ingested, injected, or otherwise administered.

Do you support third party testing from customers ?

We stand by our products and support customers who want to test our products through a third party lab. If a customer does perform their own testing on our products through a verified third party lab, we offer a 50% product replacement credit on your next purchase. Group testing is also supported and Cellora Labs will provide a 10% replacement credit on your next purchase. Telegram link is below.

Are your products suitable for animal studies?

Yes, many clients use our products for in vitro, ex vivo, and non-clinical in vivo research, including animal studies. However, it is your responsibility to ensure compliance with local regulations and institutional protocols regarding animal research.

How much BAC is used in reconstitution?

For laboratory preparation purposes only, researchers may reference standard pep. calculators to determine appropriate solution concentrations for analytical or in-vitro applications. Cellora Labs does not provide guidance for administration, dosing, or use in humans or animals.

How pure are your products?

At Cellora Labs, every batch of our research products are tested to exceed 99% purity. If a batch does not meet this rigorous standard for any reason, it is immediately discarded, never sold. You can trust that every vial you receive is of the highest possible purity, backed by consistent lab verification and our commitment to scientific integrity.

Inventory and third-party COAs are shared between Cellora Labs and our affiliate, Orbitrex.

Do you have a military or veteran discount?

We honor our service men and women and those who have served and to show appreciation, we offer a 15% discount on all orders. Email support@celloralabs.net. for more information regarding service verification.

How should I store lyophilized products?

Lyophilized (freeze-dried) products should be stored in a cool, dry place away from light. For optimal long-term stability, refrigerate at 2–8°C (36–46°F) or freeze at –20°C (–4°F) if storage will exceed several weeks. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles once reconstituted.

What is BAC water?

Bacteriostatic water (BAC water) is a sterile distilled water solution containing 0.9% benzyl alcohol. It is commonly used in laboratory environments as a sterile solvent for research and analytical preparation purposes.

Cellora Labs offers laboratory-grade bacteriostatic water intended for research use only.
